Go IITB: Countdown to the Last Few Days of Annual Giving by Alumni

Two points to ponder over

  • Only 5,000 of IIT Bombay’s alumni from over 37,000 have ever donated to their Alma Mater. If all of us had donated a minimum of Rs 10,000/year, it would have provided IIT Bombay an unrestricted endowment of almost Rs 40 crores per year.
  • The top 10 US universities in the US have endowments in excess of $ 100 billion. In comparison IIT Bombay’s alumni donations raised Rs 15 crores last year.

Why participate in annual giving through Go IITB

Your donation will support IIT Bombay’s core needs. From financial aid, to teaching and research, to Hostel maintenance, your generosity can touch every aspect of IIT Bombay. You can find out more about the initiatives you can support by scrolling down to the bottom of this page.

It is not too late to do your bit to sustain excellence
